Database driven web portal with shopping cart integration that enables people to signup and post their offers and deals so that other members can use these offers and enjoy discounts.

There are two types of registration:
1) Merchant - who can post offers and deals
2) Member - who can redeem the listed offers on the website

The website has a unique Gift Cards management system built into it. Admin registers the Gift Cards and distributes to merchants who can offer these Gift Cards to their customers on purchase of their goods/items/services.
The customers will then signup at the website to redeem the offers using the Gift Cards.
